Firm, quite polished, fine-vegetable bouquet with citrus and pome fruit aromas, yeasty nuances, hints of light wood and chalky tones. Very tightly knit, bright, ripe, tart fruit, fine vegetal aromas, delicate nutty and smoky wood tones, again a little yeast and chalky minerality, persistent on the palate, some power and some warmth, good substance, has delicately creamy, but also grip of crumbly tannin, good depth, very good, firm, tangy, gently smoky and again mineral finish with fine vegetable tones.
