Quite firm, nutty and yeasty aroma with fine vegetal and yellow fruity aromas, a hint of smoke, moderate light wood notes and a hint of chalk and mushrooms. Taut, juicy, tart fruit, yeasty, vegetal and light nutty tones, lively acidity a touch of fresh butter, smoky and mineral notes, good persistence, still undeveloped, a touch bacony, very good, tangy finish with vegetal flavours, nutty wood spice and a hint of egg white. Still needs a little time.
