2017 Weißburgunder Landwein, Baden, Germany

Rather cool, tart, yeasty nose with restrained citrus notes, lots of light mineral notes and a hint of bacon. Fairly juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty notes, vegetal and greasy notes, light nutty and also slightly floral notes, quite lively acidity, noticeable tannic touch, still young, good persistence, good to very good, delicately sweetish and creamy finish with slightly astringent tannins as well as yeasty and greasy notes. Need some air.
