Firm, quite deep and complex, nutty, dried floral and slightly vegetal aroma with pome and stone fruit aromas, a little yellow spice, a hint of tobacco and mushroomy nuances. Ripe, juicy, warm, concentrated fruit with yellow spice and nutty as well as slightly smoky-roasty flavours, very fine acidity, grip of friable stone fruit, persistent, lots of power and good depth, plenty of melting but also some grip, gets tighter with air, very good, firm, juicy, spicy, melting and warm finish
