Clear, firm and quite deep, still yeasty bouquet with fine yellow fruity and vegetal aromas, floral hints and minerality. Firmly woven, ripe, dense, quite juicy fruit with light, nutty woody hints, vegetal nuances and very fine acidity, concentrated and persistent on the palate, light mineral tones, a hint of pepper, herbal nuances, excellent depth, still quite compact structure, very good, firm, juicy finish with tension
