Klare, straffe, kühle und herb-saftige Frucht, etwas tabakig und pfeffrig-würzig, moderate, zart rauchige Holzanklänge, Kräuter und Speck im Hintergrund, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, deutliche Mineralik, animierender Säurebiss, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, fester, herb-saftiger, zart rauchiger und wieder mineralischer Abgang.
