Clear, firm and quite deep, somewhat yeasty, nutty and vegetable fragrance with tart yellow-fruity aromas and clear minerality as well as a trace of smoke. Fresh, tart, elegantly juicy fruit, clearly yeasty and slightly smoky, vegetal to herbaceous and floral nuances, extremely elegant acidity and delicate handle, persistent, certain depth, has tension, very good, firm, elegantly juicy finish with light mineral notes and lots of traction.
