Clear, slightly nutty and a hint of planty, also hinted at yeasty scent of ripe pome fruit with a hint of bacon and mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, not completely dry fruit, very fine acidity, light wood nuances, very fine acidity, persistent and dense, still undeveloped, good depth, minerality in the background, floral nuances and light nutty hints, very good to long finish with delicately sweet juice and salty notes
