Clear, somewhat spicy, quite fresh scent of red berries with delicate tobacco, bacon and floral notes and quite distinct minerality. Rather firm, tangy-juicy fruit with a fine acid bite and still slightly drying tannins, a little smoky and nutty wood on the palate, a hint of bacon, also salty mineral tones, herbal and spicy hints in the background, very good, juicy and spicy finish with a certain bite.

Editor note: Translate to English Tabakiger, ein wenig getrocknet-floraler und leicht nussiger Duft nach mehr roten als schwarzen Beeren mit einer Spur Kirschen, ein wenig Trockenkräutern, Pfeffer und erdigen bis mineralischen Anklängen. Fest und herb-saftig im Mund, relativ kühle Frucht mit leicht rauchigen Holznoten und pilzigen Anklängen, feines Tannin, gute Nachhaltigkeit, salzige und erdige mineralische Töne, noch jung, hat Griff, sehr guter, herb-saftiger Abgang mit aschigen Spuren.
