Translate to English Altgold. Gelb-gewürziger, hefiger und floraler Duft nach mürbem Kernobst und teils kandierten Zitrusfrüchten mit ganz leicht pfeffrigen, tabakigen und speckigen Aromen sowie deutlicher Mineralik und ein wenig getrockneten Zitruszesten. Fest gewirkte, herb-saftige und eher kühle Frucht mit gelber Würze, pflanzlichen und floralen Tönen und noch deutlich hefigen Noten, sehr feine, recht lebendige Säure, dicht, griffig und nachhaltig am Gaumen, reifer Gerbstoff, intensive, eher helle Mineralik, hat Rückgrat und kein Gramm Fett auf den Rippen, etwas tabakig, auch Ingwer und Kurkuma im Hintergrund, gute Tiefe, mittlere Kraft, sehr guter Abgang mit Griff, kühlem Saft und herber Würze.
