Translate to English Recht fester, rauchiger, speckig-fleischiger Duft nach Kirschen, roten Beeren und Cassis mit kardamomwürzigen Holznoten, Erde, schwarzem Pfeffer, Veilchen und etwas Wurzelgemüse. Feste, kühle und herbe dunkle Frucht, noch wenig entwickelt, wieder speckige, fleischige und pfeffrige Noten, getrocknet-pflanzliche bis kräuterige Aromen, präsentes, feinsandiges Tannin, noch wenig entwickelt, salzig-mineralische Töne im Hintergrund, noch ein wenig spröde, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang. Muss etwas reifen.
