Translate to English Ganz leicht trübes, helles Gelb. Fester, etwas pflanzlicher, hefiger, hell-holziger und nussiger Kernobstduft mit Zitrusaromen, etwas Ananas, Feuerstein und hellen floralen Anklängen. Reife, feinsaftige, ganz trockene Frucht, nussige und noch hefige Noten, ein wenig vegetabil am Gaumen, an Blumenkohl erinnernd, ganz leicht gebrannte Töne, sehr feine Säure und gewisser Schmelz, salzige Noten im Hintergrund, ein wenig Rauch und Feuerstein, noch eher reduktiver Stil, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, herber Abgang. Braucht Zeit.
