Translate to English Noch eher unentwickelter, nussiger und etwas vegetabiler Duft mit Kernobstaromen, einem Hauch Zitrusfrüchte und erdiger Mineralik im Hintergrund. Straff gewirkte, zugleich herbe und ein wenig süßlich-schmelzige Frucht im Mund, recht kühler Stil, pflanzliche und erdige sowie salzig-mineralische Töne, noch viel Hefe, markante, dabei feine Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, noch jung, hat Biss, sehr guter, etwas nussiger, zart holziger und sehr mineralischer Abgang mit kühlem Saft. Muss reifen.
