Translate to English Straffer, etwas holzwürziger, vegetabiler und erdiger Duft nach teils eingemachten roten Beeren mit einem Hauch Kirschen und Cassis sowie Kräuternoten und deutlicher Mineralik. Ziemlich fest gewirkt im Mund, kühle, reintönige, ziemlich herbe Frucht, kräuterige Noten und leicht rauchiges Holz, sehr feiner Säurebiss, nachhaltig am Gaumen, noch kaum entwickelt, deutliche Mineralik, kalkige und fast salzige Töne, ausgezeichnete Substanz, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang.
