Translate to English Rauchig-röstig, etwas selchig, fleischig und deutlich pfeffrig in der Nase, Aromen von schwarzen Beeren, Kirschen und getrockneten Provence-Gewürzen sowie erdigen bis mineralischen Tönen. Herb im Mund, rauchig, leicht selchig-speckig und röstig, kühl, leicht säuerliche Frucht mit jugendlichen, feinsandigen Tanninen, erdige und salzige Mineralik am Gaumen, deutliche Trockenkräuternoten, nachhaltig, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang.
