Somewhat nutty, vegetal scent, especially reminiscent of green asparagus, of ripe citrus fruits and pome fruits with some wood spice and a hint of smoke. Straightforward, bright fruit with delicate smoky wood notes and again fresh vegetal tones, very fine acidity, moderate tannin, good persistence, some melting, salty tones in the background, a hint of rock candy, very good finish.
