Clear, polished, firm, tart scent with smoky and delicately nutty-woody spicy notes, light yellow fruity aromas, a hint of pepper and minerality. Firm, warm and quite juicy in the mouth, light wood, planty and slightly herbal aromas, some smoke, good substance and persistence, clear minerality, warming alcohol, some grip, very good finish
