Toasty and spicy woody scent of black and red berries with cherry notes, dried Provence herbs, pepper, earthy minerality and a hint of meat juice. Clear, quite firm, tart, juicy fruit, smoky and toasty, also spicy wood aromas, fine, youthful tannin, some bite, certain strength and density, good persistence, in the background salty and also chalky tones, some bacon and again Provence herbs, very good, juicy and spicy finish
