Clear, rather cool and very firm, delicately smoky and slightly floral, also herbal nose with noble yellow fruity and vegetable aromas, hinted ethereal spice, Aloe Vera, a touch of mushrooms and intense minerality. Ripe, juicy and finely melting, completely dry fruit, polished acidity, distinctly Aloe Vera on the palate, fine mushroom notes and a lot of young vegetables, floral tones, a hint of dark berries, a bit of very tender tannin grip, deep and lasting, still completely undeveloped, a hint of seafood in the background, buttery and nutty nuances, plenty of salt, also chalky notes, smoky hints, dense and very complex, long, concentrated finish.
