Firm, rather cool citrus scent with fine peach notes and a hint of pear, tart herbaceous-vegetal and delicately floral aromas and quite distinct minerality. Tight, very juicy yellow fruit with lively acidity and some grip, a little yellow spice on the palate, floral and hints of vegetal flavours, smoky traces in the background, peppery and chalky-salty tones, good depth, still undeveloped, a hint of sweetness, very good, juicy finish with zest tones, bite and yellow spice. Should still mature.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
