Firm and quite fine, somewhat nutty, still very delicately yeasty pome fruit scent with vegetal hints and floral traces as well as tones reminiscent of shoots. Firmly knit, tangy, almost cool-looking fruit, very fine acidity with bite that really marbles the wine, yeasty nuances, fine vegetal aromas, chanterelles, spinach and sesame, delicate tannic grip, clear minerality, again shoots in the background, hints of citrus tones, still young, certain depth, tangy minerality, very good, again rather cool, tangy finish.

Best to drink: 2023-2028+. What our ratings mean
