2021 Sulzfeld Blauer Silvaner VDP.Ortswein trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Clear, quite fine, nutty and delicately smoky aroma with herbaceous and planty tones, quiet pome fruit notes, a little apricot, a hint of yeast and mineral hints. Quite dense, tart, almost cool, restrained, yet firmly knitted fruit, very fine, relatively lively acidity, delicate grip, persistent on the palate, nutty hints and salty-chalky minerality, still undeveloped, moderate melting, very good, tart finish. Should mature a little more.
