2021 Sulzfeld Silvaner VDP.Ortswein trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Firm and quite deep, emphatically rooty-vegetable and also still very slightly charcoal-like aroma with fine yellow-fruity notes, a hint of mushrooms, nuts, floral traces and earthy-mineral hints. Cool, delicate, bone-dry fruit, fresh vegetal aromas, very fine, relatively lively acidity, carbonic acid and some grip, still yeasty nuances, relatively dark background, persistent, smoky-salty, very good, firm, tart finish.
