Tart and quite firm, emphatically vegetal nose with restrained yellow-fruity aromas, yeasty nuances, hints of smoke, dark fruits, mushrooms and minerality. Firm and tart also in the mouth, nutty, yeasty and clearly vegetal aromas, a little mushroom on the palate, bone-dry fruit with grip and very fine acidity, seems hardly developed yet, first almost inaccessible, with air clearly more animating and juicy, mineral in the background, good substance and some depth, again dark berries in the background, very good finish with slightly nutty spice, a hint of smoke and again tart juice.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
