Clear, slightly smoky, almondy and distinctly floral nose with yellow fruit notes reminiscent of surimi and bamboo shoots, along with a hint of cinnamon. Clear, slightly sweet fruit with a touch of nutmeg and dark berries, lively acidity, has a grip of ripe tannin, certain sustainability, slightly roasted wood aromas in the background, salty and chalky tones, good to very good finish with delicate varietal bitterness and noticeable alcohol.
