A somewhat dried-floral, nutty and restrained yeasty scent of partly candied citrus fruits and peels with a hint of yellow spice and a touch of wax. Clear, cool, sweet yellow fruit with fine, fresh vegetable and delicate floral aromas, fine acidity, a bit of rock candy on the palate, almond hints and a touch of nutmeg, dense, deep and quite complex on the palate, stone fruit notes, again also peel tones, still young, a trace of curry, very good, firm, juicy, sweet and finely spicy finish with a fine grip and bite.
