2020 Südsteiermark DAC Ehrenhausen Morillon Ortswein trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Somewhat bacony, mushroomy and herbal to dried yellow fruit scent with a hint of fennel. Clear, juicy fruit with a delicately sweet melt, lively, yet fine acidity, has some grip, good persistence, hints of sage and mint, a touch of pepper, salty minerality, very good, slightly nutty finish with plenty of bite.
