Firm, complex and rather deep, tart, somewhat floral, nutty and dried-herb aroma of yellow and a little white fruits with slightly earthy and tobacco hints. Polished, firm, rather tart and surprisingly cool fruit with delicate melting and slightly red berry aromas, lively acidity, dense and persistent on the palate, yet elegant and almost light on its feet, good depth, hints of citrus and mint, some tobacco and light minerality, a hint of rock candy and light nuts in the very good to long, again cool, floral, mineral and finely spicy finish
