2019 Südsteiermark DAC Ehrenhausen Weißburgunder Ortswein trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Nutty and yeasty, rather calm pome fruit scent with citrus notes, a little herbs and flowers. Clear, tangy, bright, rather densely knitted fruit, still rather closed and somewhat restless, yeasty, herbal to floral nuances, clear minerality, quite present acidity, bright nutty flavours, certain depth, very good, firm, tangy, yeasty, herbaceous-vegetable, nutty and mineral finish. Still needs a little time
