Tart, firm, quite deep, clearly vegetal aroma with fine yellow fruity aromas, yeast aromas and minerality. Clear, firm and tart in the mouth, again clearly yeasty, fresh vegetal aromas, fine acidity, some grip, cool, light minerality, some depth, still undeveloped, very good finish
