2019 Südsteiermark DAC Ehrenhausen Morillon Ortswein trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Firm, cool, somewhat herbal and yeasty citrus scent with pome fruit nuances and minerality. Citrusy and quite yeasty also in the mouth, herbal and nutty aromas, fine acidity, still very slightly muted on the palate, chalky minerality, some melting, a hint of fresh butter, good persistence, some depth, very good finish. Should mature a little more
