2017 Süd-Steiermark Ehrenhausen Sauvignon Blanc trocken STK, Ortswein, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Fairly cool and fairly shy nose, delicate floral aromas, light nutty notes, pomaceous fruit, hint of grapefruit and dried herbs. Youthful, slightly tart, cool, citrussy fruit on the palate, lively acidity, some green apple, yeasty, herbaceous and prominent mineral notes, good substance and persistence, firm structure, still totally undeveloped, fresh herbaceous aromas, citrus and salty notes on a very good finish.
