2017 Süd-Steiermark Ried Schusterberg Morillon Erste STK Ried trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Deep, rather cool, firm and complex, very mineral, somewhat herbaceous-vegetable and nutty fragrance with light yellow fruity aromas, some yeast, floral nuances and a hint of artichoke. Very firm, cool, finely juicy, light fruit, lively, yet very fine acidity, firm and persistent on the palate, herbal and yeasty aromas, intense, light, chalky-salty minerality, some melodiousness, but also bite, complex and noble, good depth, still very young, delicately floral and nutty, very good, firm, tangy-juicy and handy finish with plenty of minerality and fine spice
