Firm, tangy-juicy fruit, nutty, slightly yeasty and smoky notes, clear minerality, fine acidity, touch of crumbly tannin, lasting, good depth, clear minerality, a hint of pepper, very good, firm finish with tart juice, planty to herbal nuances
