Yeasty nose, light fresh vegetal and herbaceous notes, mineral notes, light yellow fruit with prominent citrus notes, hint of elderflower. Clear, polished, cool, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, lively, very elegant acidity, yeasty, herbaceous and light floral aromas, fairly persistent, elegant style, still young, good to very good cool finish.
