Prominent vegetal and delicate yeasty notes on the nose, mineral notes, restrained yellow and green fruit. Clear, firmly structured, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal, herbaceous and floral aromas, delicate yeasty touch, very elegant, lively acidity, good substance and persistence, fairly prominent mineral notes, delicate hint of bacon, hint of pulses, still young, some depth, vibrant, very good elegant, juicy, vegetal and minerally finish.
