Firm nose, light nutty and vegetal notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, fairly prominent earthy and mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, firm fruit on the palate, nutty, vegetal, dried herbaceous and floral notes, lively, elegant acidity, noticeable tannic grip, persistent with good substance, some depth, prominent earthy and salty mineral notes, still largely undeveloped, quite complex, peppery and nutty traces on a very good juicy, spicy vegetal finish.
