2015 Süd-Steiermark Ratsch Morillon trocken Ortswein, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Light nutty, spicy oak on the nose, hint of tobacco, vegetal notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, fairly prominent broccoli, yeasty touch, tart mineral notes. Restrained fruit on the palate, still rather closed, prominent vegetal aromas, earthy notes, hint of smoked bacon, oak, good substance and persistence, light tannic touch, mineral notes in the background, still slightly rough, very good cool, elegant, juicy finish.
