2015 Süd-Steiermark Ried Schusterberg Morillon trocken STK Erste Lage, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Firm, fairly deep nose, vegetal and yeastynotes, delicate hint of bacon, light yellow fruit, floral and herbaceous traces, light oak, some mushrooms, intense mineral notes. Tart, juicy, very firm fruit on the palate, still undeveloped, yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light oak, lively, elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide firm grip, concentrated, deep and persistent, noticeable chalky and salty mineral notes in the background, some bite, very good firm, tart finish. Definitely needs time to mature.
