Fairly firm nose, asparagus and bell peppers, light nutty notes, some pepper, sage, earthy and mineral notes, partly dried yellow fruit. Tart, restrained, almost closed fruit on the palate, more nutty, light yeasty and prominent earthy notes, vegetal notes and some caramel, moderate oak, elegant acidity, integrated tannins, persistent, good substance, tart mineral notes, some depth, more peppery traces in the background, very good finish. Currently in an interim phase.
