Fairly firm, undeveloped nose, spicy oak, pomaceous fruit and some melon, coffee, dried herbs and spices, citrus notes and prominent mineral notes. Firm again on the palate, juicy, concentrated fruit, spicy oak, light buttery notes and some nut butter, elegant, lively acidity, integrated tannins, grippy and persistent, quite full-bodied, good depth, prominent salty mineral notes, ripe tannins, herbaceous traces, still totally undeveloped, hint of tobacco, some bite on a very good finish. Definitely needs time to mature further.

Editor note: Translate to English Fester, nussig-holzwürziger und leicht vegetabiler Duft nach reifen gelben Früchten, ein wenig Tabak und Kräutern mit zart floralen und deutlich mineralischen Noten. Reife, saftige, geschliffene Frucht, hefige, pflanzliche bis kräuterige und holzige Noten, präsente Säure und merklicher Gerbstoff-Griff, nachhaltig und dicht am Gaumen, getrocknet-florale Nuancen, erdige Mineralik, noch ein wenig hefig, helle Nusstöne, ein Hauch Kandis im Hintergrund, wirkt trotz seiner Kraft überraschend kühl, noch jung, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, nur ein wenig trocknender Abgang.
