Clear, cool and polished, very fine white and yellow fruity nose with a hint of redcurrant leaves and floral nuances. Fine, rather cool, again predominantly light fruit, very fine acidity, yeasty traces, floral nuances and a hint of black berries, fresh herbs on the palate, quite distinct minerality, very good finish.
