2020 Südsteiermark DAC Ried Sausaler Schlössl Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Taut, cool and fine, deep, still delicately reductive, fresh-vegetable and a little herbaceous, very polished bouquet with restrained white-fruity and very bright yellow-fruity aromas as well as green-vegetable, delicately yeasty and mineral nuances. Firm and tangy in the mouth, cool and dense, clearly white-rooty, very bright fruit, especially reminiscent of celery, a hint of exoticism, lively, polished acidity, clear minerality, certain depth, still young, very good, tight, juicy, very slightly spicy-vegetable and mineral finish.
