Tart, deep and dense, clearly fine-vegetable nose with very restrained, bright yellow-fruity aromas, a little blackcurrant, herbs, floral nuances and minerality. Ripe, bright fruit with fine vegetal and slightly floral aromas, very fine acidity, a hint of red berries, herbal nuances, hints of smoke in the background, persistent, still undeveloped, some celery and nut butter, some depth, distinct minerality, very good, firm, quite juicy, a little black berry finish with a hint of liquorice, blackcurrant leaves, dried Mediterranean herbs and again lots of minerality.
