Relatively bright, rather restrained, somewhat floral, dried-vegetable and delicately nutty scent of yellow fruits with a hint of dried herbs and celery. Quite polished, bright fruit with delicately sweet melting, still yeasty traces and nuances reminiscent of meadow flowers, lively acidity, delicate tannin, dense and persistent, candy and laurel in the background, salty and chalky tones in the very good, very slightly oily finish.
