Cool nose, vegetal and light yeasty notes, citrus fruit and some green apples, light mineral notes. Cool on the palate, lemon fruit and green apples again, vegetal notes, delicate yeasty and nutty notes, fairly prominent acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, firm structure, still undeveloped and slightly muted, grippy, light mineral notes in the background, some depth, good to very good finish. Needs time to mature.
