Firm, cool nose, light vegetal notes, citrus and apples fruit, elegant herbaceous notes, light yeasty and mineral notes. Firm, tart fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, light nutty and mineral aromas, cool vegetal notes in the background, lively acidity, still has a noticeable tannic grip, quite salty, persistent, floral traces and a hint of tobacco, initially tart on a very good finish, becomes more creamy with aeration. Needs time to mature.
