Nose still undeveloped, nutty and vegetal notes, earthy and mineral notes, ripe pomaceous fruit, ethereal notes, yeasty traces, light oak, vegetal and buttery traces in the background. Tart, firm fruit on the palate, yeasty, fairly cool vegetal and earthy notes, prominent salty mineral notes, lively, elegant acidity, light tannic grip, good substance and persistence, smoky and delicate oaky traces, herbaceous traces, still largely undeveloped, some bite on a very good firm, yeasty finish. Needs time to mature.
