Somewhat planty and a little nutty and yeasty citrus and stone fruit on the nose, mineral and very light smoky notes. Quite juicy yellow fruit with nutty, vegetal and chalky notes, fine acidity, some grip, slightly muted, again a little smoky in the background, certain minerality, some warmth, hints of yellow spice, a hint of caramel, very good finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Jugendlicher, fester Zitrusduft mit kühlen pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen und noch deutlich hefigen Aromen. Klare, geschliffene, nicht ganz trockene Frucht, feine, lebendige Säure, pflanzliche bis kräuterige und wieder deutlich hefige Aromen, erst noch leicht gedeckt, mit Luft aber immer strahlender, fest und nachhaltig am Gaumen, kühler Stil, leicht salzig im Hintergrund, noch kaum entwickelt, sehr guter, feinsaftiger, hefiger und mineralischer Abgang. Muss reifen.
