Nutty notes and smoky traces on the nose, yellow fruit, delicate vegetal traces, light oak and mineral notes. Firm, ripe, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, nutty, smoky oak, very elegant, lively acidity, persistent and concentrated, vegetal traces, fairly prominent mineral notes, delicate hint of bacon, spicy traces, full-bodied and firm, good depth, more spicy oak on a very good, firm, tart, juicy finish.
